What does the full fasting, fitness and nutrition coaching process look like?
We start with a 60-minute session where we create an Action Plan that includes your key values and motivators, a wellness vision, obstacles that can get in your way and strategies to overcome those obstacles. The wellness vision is an ideal place you want to be in 9 to 12 months.
We then develop 3-month goals and troubleshoot any areas that you might be struggling with. You also have daily access to me through email, text or services of choice. Overall, I keep you motivated and hold you accountable through the entire journey.

The overall focus of specialized fitness training is to help you become stronger and more mobile, and do the things you love to do with grace and ease.
This is done through a very specific style of training, which includes 3-dimensional movements, crossbody patterns, bodyweight and tools like kettlebells, dumbbells, bands, BOSUs and suspension trainers.
