It might give you a short-term look and feel of Hercules, but what about the LONG-term effects? It does very little for longevity. In fact, I feel it takes years away from you.

The goal is to find balance in maintaining lean muscle mass, looking defined, feeling good and slowing down or even reversing the aging process.
