More Than A Workout

Do you like confusion? Neither do I! And that’s exactly why I’m not going to offer you 9,000 programs to choose from here. It’s kind of like going to different restaurants. When you visit say, The Cheesecake Factory, you’re handed what looks like a Tom Clancy novel.

There are so many options, you end up sitting there for an hour, trying to decide what to eat. Then you go to a local restaurant where you are either handed a one-page menu with big letters on it or you only have the option of peering upward to refer to a chalkboard with the daily options listed in plain view.

Since I’m a minimalist, I like the shorter, quicker, easier option so that’s what I’m offering here. I have three main programs to choose from. As time goes on, I will likely add to this list and base the programs off of feedback from you, the consumer. I always try to promote happiness, positivity and goodwill any chance I get.

When it comes to program design, it is YOUR best interest that I have in mind. With that being the case, here is the list of programs you have to choose from:

ProLon 5-week Challenge

This includes the 5-day ProLon Fasting Mimicking Plan, 5 weeks of workouts, a fasting protocol besides ProLon and a dietary diversity strategy to improve gut health. You will also be linked to a private Facebook group where you can go for motivation, tips and other educational content.

This program will be mainly bodyweight and for all skill levels. The workouts can be done right from the comfort of your home. Be aware that it IS a challenge though. Each week, the workouts WILL get more intense.

There will be before and after photos involved, with a short summary of your story. At the end of the challenge, I will pick the top three people who made the most dramatic changes, both physically and mentally. They will be showcased on my site and I will do an interview with the top person. Prizes will be given to all three!

12-week Kettlebell Carving Challenge

If I haven’t mentioned it already, or if you haven’t noticed in my picture collage, I’m a huge proponent of kettlebells. I feel you’d be hard-pressed to find tools that can transform the body any faster.

That is the essence of the Carving Challenge. This is a more advanced program where some existing kettlebell skills will come in handy. I’ve created a 12-week program that consists of various workout modules that you will do in 4-week blocks.

In addition to the kettlebell workouts, it includes cardio and ab routines, a complete fasting protocol and a dietary diversity regimen. There will be how-to videos as well as an accompanying written blueprint for you to follow.

All the exercises will be done with one or two kettlebells, bodyweight and household items like towels and chairs. You can do a lot of these workouts outdoors too.
